Last Monday, J, who was my high school classmate and good friend had a stop over at Sydney before proceeding to the Gold Coast for a month-long vacation. We have both settled in the same place in Mindanao the past few years but we don't really get to see each other often enough. We only get to go out when some high school classmates were in town because of the tight schedules we both keep. So despite the difficulties of our meeting up in Sydney, we had to make it happen. And boy was I glad! I miss Pinas so much and seeing someone from home somehow made me feel that a part of me was home, too. Hehe
Friday, I had to take the day off from work to bring V to the doctor because he was running a fever. Good thing the doctor's wife was also Filipina and he really took good care of us. After the check up, V and I dropped by at the mall to have lunch and then we both headed home to take an afternoon nap. Recharged, I then loaded the laundry into the washer and ironed a few clothes.
So that practically sums up the entire week. Weekend's gonna be better, though.

Kaya nga busy din ako kung weekends kasi off ng helper hehehe.. pag nag bakasyon ako, akin na naman lahat kasi di konaman dala ang helper hehehehe....
